Workplace EAP

Workplace EAP Coordinators are licensed in mental health and certified in employee assistance. These internal EAP staff are Phillips 66 employees like you, are familiar with our benefits programs and provide confidential assistance with work-related concerns such as work stress, conflict with others and achieving better work/life balance. Workplace EAP staff can also assist with mental health issues that effect work such as anxiety, depression and addictions. Staff can also provide supervisors and managers with confidential consultation about work-related issues such as conflict in the workplace, workplace stress and coping with change.

Lantern

As an alternative to utilizing Aetna or BCBSTX for eligible covered surgical services under your HDHP and PPO medical benefit, you may choose to utilize Lantern. Lantern is an additional medical benefit that provides you with access to care for many planned surgical procedures (orthopedics, spine, general surgery, etc.). If you choose to utilize this service, you will work with a Lantern network provider. For all eligible procedures, coinsurance will be waived after deductible is met. You are not required to use Lantern unless you are considering bariatric surgery. All bariatric surgeries require the use of a Lantern network provider.

Bloom, by Sword, will offer therapy for a multitude of women’s health issues at all life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. This preventive service is offered at no-cost to HDHP and PPO participants.

Color

For participants enrolled in the HDHP and PPO plans, Color will offer at-home preventive screening kits for colorectal, cervical, skin and prostate cancers plus genetic testing that looks for inherited mutations that increase the likelihood of developing certain cancers.

Gain access to virtual visits with a team of cancer experts who can help you navigate screening, treatment, logistical, financial and mental well-being concerns.

Phillips 66 employes have facilitated access to Houston Methodist’s eight hospitals when needed. An exclusive telephone number puts you in contact with specialist referral liaisons to offer guidance to in-network physicians. Liaisons are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
