Goldman Sachs Ayco's SurvivorSupport® Financial Counseling Service

Goldman Sachs Ayco's SurvivorSupport® Financial Counseling Service provide one-on-one support and guidance from a qualified and compassionate advisor. Services are available to you if your spouse or domestic partner dies — and to your surviving spouse, non-spousal beneficiary or domestic partner if you die. Goldman Sachs Ayco's services are paid for by Phillips 66, and participation is entirely voluntary.

Accessing Goldman Sachs Ayco's SurvivorSupport® Financial Counseling Service

If you, your spouse or domestic partner are diagnosed with a terminal illness or die, contact the Benefits Center at (800) 965-4421 to request support services. Goldman Sachs Ayco will reach out to you or your family member to review their services and how they can help.


Goldman Sachs Ayco's SurvivorSupport® Financial Counseling Service

Goldman Sachs Ayco's personalized and comprehensive financial counseling services are available to your surviving spouse, non-spousal beneficiary or domestic partner if you die. These services are available to you if your spouse or domestic partner dies.

If you or your family member chooses to participate, Goldman Sachs Ayco will review your family’s financial position and help you or your survivor set goals and make sound financial decisions.


Goldman Sachs Ayco's TransitionalSupportSM Financial Counseling Services

TransitionalSupportSM services are available if you or your spouse or domestic partner is diagnosed with a terminal illness with a life expectancy of 24 months or less. Services include a face-to-face financial counseling session and 12 months of continued telephone assistance if necessary. Your Goldman Sachs Ayco advisor will also work with a Phillips 66 Health & Welfare benefits advisor, your family attorney or your personal accountant as needed.

Note: Goldman Sachs Ayco support services are only available if you’re an active employee who is a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident.
